The User/Customer/Client understands & agrees to the following terms & conditions under which the Consulting/Advisory/Solutions is provided by Harman Finochem Limited & its staff/directors/agents/employees.
Harman Finochem Limited & http://harmanfinochem.com neither proposes nor commits any guarantee/warranty/promise for the success or failure or no-result or adverse result of services/ goods outlined (including their sub-heads & sub categories) mentioned on the website and the attached Annexure A
Harman Finochem Limited & http://harmanfinochem.com will not be held responsible (in any way) for any adverse happening including (but not limited to) the loss or money, property (movable or immovable), life, health or wellbeing of the User/Client/Customer/its family members/relations/friends during or before or after the Consulting/Advisory/Solutions sought by client/customer & provided by Harman Finochem Limited & http://harmanfinochem.com for the services/products outlined (including their sub-heads & sub categories) mentioned on the website and the attached Annexure A
